Terms of Service

Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of Greens Gaming services, including our game servers (MTA:SA and FiveM), the website at greensgaming.net, the player portal, our Discord server, and any other platform we operate. Read them fully before connecting.

Affiliation notice: Greens Gaming is an independent, volunteer-operated community. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way connected to Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or any subsidiary. Grand Theft Auto, GTA, MTA:SA, and related names are trademarks of their respective owners.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. By creating an account:

• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must not share your account with another person for ranked or tournament play.
• You must not create multiple accounts to evade a ban or suspension.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these terms or our Community Rules, at our sole discretion.

Acceptable use

When using any Greens Gaming service, you agree not to:

• Use cheats, hacks, or any software that gives an unfair gameplay advantage.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players or staff members.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, databases, or another player's account.
• Publish or distribute another player's personal information without their explicit consent.
• Exploit bugs or glitches for personal gain rather than reporting them to staff.
• Disrupt server performance or attempt any denial-of-service attack.

GreenCoins and purchases

GreenCoins are a virtual currency used within Greens Gaming services. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts.

• All GreenCoin purchases are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by law.
• If your account is permanently banned for cheating, any GreenCoin balance is forfeited.
• We reserve the right to modify the Shop, GreenCoin pricing, and available items at any time.
• Items purchased in the Shop are licensed, not owned. We may remove or modify them with reasonable notice.

User-generated content

By posting content in our forums, Discord, or any public channel, you grant Greens Gaming a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating our services. You retain ownership of anything you create.

You are responsible for the content you post. Do not share anything you do not have the right to share. We will remove content that violates these terms, our rules, or applicable law upon notice.

Service availability

We work hard to keep our services online but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may take servers offline for maintenance, upgrades, or in response to security issues. We will post advance notice of planned downtime in our Discord #announcements channel where possible.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. We may terminate or suspend access to any service for any violation of these terms or our Community Rules. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. GreenCoin balances are not refunded on account termination.

Disclaimer of warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Use them at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Greens Gaming and its staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including loss of data, account access, or virtual items. Our total liability in connection with any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the network grows. Material changes will be announced in Discord and the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
