Join the Team
Greens Gaming runs on a dedicated group of volunteer staff. If you want to help build something that players care about, we want to hear from you.
Open roles
We recruit on a rolling basis. All positions are volunteer. Staff receive exclusive in-game perks and early access to new features as a thank-you.
Moderator
5 to 10 hours per week
Keep the servers and Discord a fair, welcoming place for everyone. You will review reports, issue warnings, enforce the rules, and help new players find their feet.
- Monitor server chat and in-game behaviour
- Review and action player reports within 24 hours
- Assist new players with connection and gameplay questions
- Escalate major incidents to senior staff
Skills: Active community presence, calm under pressure, fair judgment. Previous moderation experience is a plus, not a requirement.
Scripter / Developer
Flexible, project-based
Build the game modes, systems, and tools that make Greens Gaming different from every other server. Our codebase spans MTA:SA Lua, FiveM JavaScript/Lua, and a Next.js web portal.
- Develop and maintain in-game scripts and features
- Collaborate with senior devs on new mode designs
- Review and test community-submitted bug reports
- Contribute to web portal features when relevant
Skills: Lua and/or JavaScript. Experience with MTA:SA or FiveM scripting is strongly preferred. Version control basics (Git) required.
Content Creator
2 to 4 pieces of content per month
Produce highlight reels, tutorials, event coverage, or community spotlights that help grow the Greens Gaming audience across YouTube, TikTok, and Discord.
- Record, edit, and publish community gameplay content
- Cover major tournaments and events
- Create tutorial videos for new players
- Coordinate with staff on announcements and reveals
Skills: Video editing, content planning, and a basic understanding of the GTA multiplayer scene. An existing audience is a bonus.
Event Host
2 to 4 events per month
Organise and run tournaments, casual events, and community nights across MTA:SA and FiveM. Event Hosts are the energy behind some of the most-loved moments in the community's history.
- Plan event formats, brackets, and rules
- Coordinate timing and server slots with the tech team
- Host live commentary or coordination in Discord voice
- Collect feedback and report outcomes to staff leads
Skills: Strong communication, organisation, and enthusiasm. Prior event hosting experience is helpful but we also train motivated newcomers.
