Community Rules

These rules keep Greens Gaming a place worth coming back to. Read them before you play. Ignorance of the rules is not an accepted defence.

Before you connect

By connecting to any Greens Gaming server or participating in our Discord, you agree to follow these rules. Staff moderate all platforms. Rules are updated as the community grows; the date of the last revision is shown at the bottom of this page.

General Conduct

These rules apply to every player on every Greens Gaming server. There are no exceptions based on rank, seniority, or donor status.

1

Treat every player and staff member with basic respect. Toxicity, harassment, and personal attacks are not tolerated.

2

Do not impersonate staff members, other players, or any Greens Gaming brand or account.

3

Do not share or publish the personal information of any player without their explicit consent.

4

Advertising other servers, Discord servers, or competing communities is not permitted in-game or in our Discord.

5

Exploiting bugs or glitches to gain an advantage must be reported to staff rather than used or shared. Intentional exploitation is a bannable offence.

6

Griefing players who are not in an active PvP scenario, including spawn-killing and intentional game disruption, is not allowed.

Fair Play and Anti-Cheat

Greens Gaming operates a zero-tolerance policy toward cheating. Our servers run automated detection alongside active staff review.

1

Using any cheat, hack, mod menu, or external software that provides an unfair advantage results in a permanent ban with no appeal.

2

Modifying game files in a way that alters gameplay balance is not permitted. Visual-only modifications that do not affect performance are allowed on FiveM.

3

Account sharing during ranked or tournament play is prohibited. Your account is your responsibility.

4

Deliberate desync, lag-switching, or connection manipulation to gain a competitive edge is treated as cheating.

5

Match manipulation, including intentional losses for ranking purposes or coordinating results with opponents, is a bannable offence.

6

If you encounter a suspected cheater, use the in-game report function (F7) or post in #report-a-player on Discord with a clip.

Communication

Chat, voice, and Discord are all part of the Greens Gaming community. The same standards apply across all channels.

1

Do not use slurs, hate speech, or language that targets someone based on race, nationality, gender, sexuality, religion, or disability.

2

Excessive spam, repeated messages, and flooding chat channels will result in a mute.

3

Keep content in the appropriate channels. Off-topic conversation belongs in #general, not in #support or #report-a-player.

4

Do not post adult, graphic, or disturbing content in any public channel or in-game text chat.

5

English is the primary language in global channels. Language-specific channels are available; ask a moderator to create one if your region needs it.

6

Staff instructions given in-game or in Discord must be followed. Arguing with or ignoring staff during an active moderation situation will make things worse.

Clans

Clans add an extra layer of organisation and competition to the network. Running one comes with responsibility.

1

Clan tags must not impersonate official Greens Gaming staff, other established clans, or real-world organisations.

2

Clan leaders are responsible for the behaviour of their members. Repeated rule violations by the same clan may result in the clan being dissolved.

3

Clan wars and challenges must be arranged through the proper in-game or Discord channels. Unsanctioned harassment of rival clans is not a clan war.

4

Attempting to recruit players by spamming in-game or in general channels is not permitted. Use the dedicated clan recruitment channels.

Enforcement

Staff have discretion in applying punishments. The severity of a punishment reflects the rule broken, your history on the network, and the impact on other players.

1

Punishments range from verbal warnings and temporary mutes to temporary bans and permanent bans, depending on the severity of the violation.

2

First-time minor violations typically result in a warning. Repeated violations of the same rule escalate to bans.

3

Permanent bans for cheating are not subject to appeal. Permanent bans for other reasons may be appealed once via a ticket in Discord after 30 days.

4

Attempting to evade a ban by creating a new account or using a different IP results in the ban being made permanent and the appeal privilege being removed.

5

Staff decisions are final during an active moderation situation. If you believe a decision was wrong, open a ticket after the fact; do not argue in public channels.

6

False reports filed with the intent to harm another player's standing are themselves a punishable offence.
